Since 2006, my goal has always been to help my clients feel as fantastic and fabulous as possible. I do so by reducing discomfort caused by inflammation, injury, or decreased range of motion and poor circulation. I am able to accomplish all of this through my extensive training, experience, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology, pathology, and kinesiology. As a professional dancer,
I believe my background helps inform my work in addressing pain and injury recovery. I assess each of my client’s needs and tailor their massage to those specific needs. Each massage is conducted on a heated massage table adorned with crisp, clean linens for maximum comfort. I can also use Thai mats or a massage chair.
