Located in West Harlem, Manhattan New York City. Very close to the A.B,C.D and #1 trains and bus stops across the street. My office is wheelchair accessible. About 15 minutes from Columbus Circle.
My primary goal is to help you feel as amazing as I possibly can by reducing discomfort due to inflammation, pain injury or stress, increase your range of motion and improve your circulation. To accomplish this effectively I use my extensive training, experience and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology and kinesiology. You can expect a client centered massage that generally include a combination of safe & practiced therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish/sports/deep tissue massage, Myofascial, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,) Eastern Massage, cupping and acupressure.
I cater the massage to address the needs of my clients in the moment using the tools I have been give through continuous study and practice. I am also certified in Thai massage which utilizes pressure point and healthy safe stretching. I am a licensed and insured Massage Therapist. I do not discriminate against anyone.
In or outcalls with my table
I provide a therapeutic massage on a heated massage table with crisp and clean linens. I can also work with Thai mats on the floor when requested. I work In-calls (West Harlem) where you are welcome to use the shower before or after your massage should you require it and there is generally plenty of parking, I am also able to travel for Out calls within the city limits and beyond with sufficient notice and appropriate compensation. I can be available spontaneously but not in general. I often require some notice for appointments.
