Since 2006, my goal has always been to help my clients feel as fantastic and fabulous as possible. I do so by reducing discomfort caused by inflammation, injury or decreased range of motion and poor circulation. I am able to accomplish all of this through my extensive training, experience, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology, pathology and kinesiology. I am a professional dancer which I feel helps inform my work while addressing pain and injury recovery. I assess each of my client’s needs and cater their massage to those needs. Each massage is conducted on a heated massage table adorned with crisp, clean linens for maximum comfortability.I can also use Thai mats or a massage chair.
